Do they own property in Las Vegas, NYC or LA? Do the Russian oligarchs own the Ford Rouge River Steel Plant? Seize airplanes and boats stored in the US at airports or marinas. Just off the top of my head.

I'm leaving these high level decisions and tasks with the Biden Administration. way above my pay grade
