And no one "lost" any money. It is based on the market going down. When the market goes up they will regain their assets just like billionaires in this country do.

This is based on market drop in Russia and asset freezing abroad. Neither of those ar else and T conditions.

Couldn’t happen to a more deserving bunch of people. Not to mention they may have trouble accessing what money they do have. Wonder if any banks will be calling in loans? Be a shame if they lost all their investment properties, and yachts, etc.
