Could the Ukrainians actually be winning the Battle of Kharkov?

Multiple captured Russian vehicles and artillery, dozens of destroyed Russian tanks and a complete repulse of Russian forces close to the city. Could this turn out to be the Miracle?

NOTE: the night of the invasion, FREEPERS were predicting the city would be in Russian hands by morning. That was over 36 hours ago and the tanks and vehicles they were referencing have either moved back or are piles of burning scrap metal. Pictures of burning Russian vehicles and dead Russian soldiers ARE from the Battle of Kharkov.

By many, I mean many different reports of different vehicles and artillery captured by UKR.

They call themselves "freepers" for short, the way we sometimes call ourselves "DUers".

The Ukrainians seem to realize their only hope is to use the cities to make this a brutal war of attrition, hence their extensive efforts to arm the general population. The problem is the Russians have a lot of meat that they can feed into the grinder.

This will be a massive humanitarian crisis unless the rest of the world decides to apply real pressure to Russia; the sanctions announced are little more than a good start.

Russian invasion is. 5 Battles were fought in "Kharkov" by Soviet (UKR, Russian, etc.) against the Nazi invaders. Now the Russians are the invaders. Shame on them.

and that the Ukrainians can only delay the inevitable. However, once the Russians try to permanently occupy the country, they will be in for a painful stay. It is one thing to defeat an army, another to subjugate a people. The partisan warfare will not be limited to Ukraine, it will spread to other areas of Russia. Russians will never know when or where the next bomb will go off.
