Well, language might be an issue. But I know of some English-only ex-pats going to join some volunteer group in Poland. I don't have any contact info though.

foreigners who sign a contract can be conferred temporary resident status -- by the current government. Of course, that might just help the Russians round them up faster, and they would be looking.

I'm guessing our State Department would prefer fewer rather than more Americans they'll have to try to get out, alive or dead. Professional soldiers would know what they need to be assets and not become burdens.

We've been marching here, and don't I envy those who can just walk or take a quick bus to the boulevard. Oh, well. Donations to the resistance.
