He could have stayed silent, he had much to lose. Obviously no individual Russian citizen can counter Putin's power. But he made a high profile show of opposition to the invasion of Ukraine. If millions more had similar courage it could change history. His act is worth both acknowledging and honoring.

I get that he's putting his career - and possibly his life - at risk. There's really only one person who disagrees with Andrey, and somehow HIS opinion is the only one that counts.
