Pretty sure an unprovoked invasion is against the rules, too.

Anyway, to your point, wearing anything that's not your uniform can get you shot as a spy.

Summary execution would be called for if captured. The trial takes less time than it takes to write this post, and then it is off to the post for a final cigarette and a blindfold.
