Tennis players at that level typically move to Monte Carlo or Dubai for various advantages. So I believe Rublev must love his home a lot.
Medvedev (new world #1 men's tennis, also Russian) also commented on his wish for peace and how Rublev recently won a doubles title while playing with a Ukrainian player.
