Joe Arpaio tells the crowd at AFPAC that he has been named the biggest racist in the country. The crowd erupts in applause.

"What are you clapping for?" he asks the crowd. "I'm not!"

The crowd then cheers again when he says he's been accused of racial profiling.

They actually thought it was worth cheering for when they believed he was boasting about being a racist. And when he said he wasn't a racist, there were no cheers at all.
It's worth it to watch the clip to the end when the crowd again cheered when he mentioned racial profiling and he had to clarify again. This crowd was too deplorable even for him.
