I am not an expert on Russian manufacturing, but they must import a lot of stuff.

It may possible to cause major shortages of high tech items, items needed for their military planes, etc.

Look what has happened to the car industry. A chip shortage shut down new car production.

Their GDP is only $1.7 trillion. (About $12k per capita. By contrast, the US is around $64,000.)
30% of GDP is oil & gas.
So, in all other industries the contribution to GDP is only around $8,400 per capita.
That doesn't seem like a robust manufacturing base.

with what they get from Europe and the Americas. Transporting these things might be problematic if they have to come overland or by air. Depends on what kind of naval blockades might be set up.
