Thousands of Latvians sang Ukraine's national anthem in front of the Russian embassy in Riga Friday

The famed story of how 300 Spartans lead by King Leonidas in 480 BC thwarted the invasion of the entire Persian Empire for a bit at the Hot Gates of Thermopylae. All of Greece united to eventually defeat the Persians on the fields of Plataea less than a year later.

The people of Ukraine may be alone, but they are not alone. Condemnation from around the world is spreading and Putin will be seen as the most hated man in the world. Their attention will be on him, his Government, and Military who still for the moment, back him. The People of Russia need to rise up and make their condemnation known before all the world.
