2. Yes it seems they have taken over one of the cameras or someone wants

the Russians to think they have. It is the one you hear the sound from and at the same time CNN reporters were reporting that the sirens were going as well. Many that I watched yesterday are down right now and I am not sure if they have been taken down or are down because of blackout.
