Is anyone else thinking this?

Once the West divests and/or disconnects from the dirty Russian oligarch money, as a result of Russia's war of aggression, that's been sloshing around and corrupting us for DECADES ..

something tells me we aren't going back.

At least honestly democratic institutions/ governments that have also been complicit.

international banking and high end real estate needs some serious cleaning up, though.

That's where a lot of the money laundering gets done.

Like those that went to Russia from the republican party on July 4th. And they finally pay a price for their corrupt relationship with Russia by getting vote out of office.

But I feel like it's still too much wishful thinking for now. Trump's praise of Putin and egging on the Ukraine invasion is still largely ignored by the republican party.

There is still a lot of time for public opinion to shift though.

those who have been swimming in it all these years, will go back to dive in once again as soon as there's nothing standing in their way.

Europe has been too dependent on Russian energy for too long and this is what has made it difficult to simply reject putin's criminality.

The more Europe becomes energy-independent from Russia, the easier it is to simply not put up with any Russian crap.
