It's not a tank.

It's a personnel carrier/reconnaissance vehicle called the MTLB.

But good for that farmer. I hope they steal all of Russia's armored vehicles. A really enterprising war troll would hire all the car thieves in Kyiv and Kharkiv to go around, steal Russian vehicles, and take them to the chop-shops to be parted out.
