so you're still down something like 10% if you're willing to make a loan. If you have money in the bank you're screwed unless your deposit interest is close to recovering your devalued money. Guess if you owe money, you might be in better shape since your loan just got "cheaper" to pay back. Any money saved on that deal will be lost once you figure in short-term prices are going to sky rocket. You think inflation is bad here
