Surely satire. We don't have the personnel or technology to watch every Russian, nor should we. Ethnic groups are pyramids with a handful of leaders and levels below that. Beyond a level or two down, it's not organized and I'd bet 97% have nothing to do with the top. Watching everyone is as bad as offering $10k for Texas-level surveillance.

One of us DU'ers here mentioned something close to that. The influence of money in politics has corrupted our system of government. There are probably very few Representatives and Congressional with clean hands and portfolio's. And, when it was presented before them, they had the opportunity to refuse the influence once it started. But, the love of money and power has overrode any sense of ethics and morality.

I'm not sure the structure of government that we have right now will ever work in favor of the people, unless it's dismantled and restructured. Powerful corporations, key billionaire's, and foreign nationals have completely corrupted it.

I want the mob exposed as much as the next guy, but they will blackmail each other into silence and complicity, for fear of reprisal, and for the purpose of save their own current station, and skin.
