Russians will bail out of this kind of assault and bomb the heck out of them.
Once it is reduced to rubble, they'll resume the columns.

Unfortunately, according to the news, Ukraine only has 20 of them.

For obvious reasons, I'm not going to explain how to make one, but the way build such a device has been known for decades.
With no flaming wick, that launcher would last forever.
