Zelensky thinks it was intentional.

Could Russia have been trying to triangulate exactly where he was
located with the sound of strategic bombings?

At any rate, I sincerely doubt they would have the President conduct the meeting in any area they would ever intend for him to stay in or return to.

He was getting reports from his team there. Nonetheless, it does sound like more of Putrid’s psy-ops.

Trying to get what they wanted by scaring them. It doesn't sound like it worked.
