One week ago the Russian Oligarchs could literally do whatever they wanted across the planet.

That has all changed.

Because of Putin, they will be hunted, harassed, sanctioned and have their assets frozen, or seized going forward. The oligarchs literally won't be safe anywhere. People want them to pay for what Putin is doing with their help. Every one of them has security, but that might just make it harder for the people who want to make them pay.

I am surprised at least one of their yachts hasn't been sunk by someone. One Engineer tried to sink one yacht. More of this is coming.

Now their yachts are even being tracked.
