That line makes me laugh.

I’ve been thinking about this movie, too one of my favorite all-time movies

A movie that requires you to watch and listen closely to get all the little jokes and one-liners.

played by Sterling Heyden. Gen Ripper uses the letters POE as part of the code to cancel the nuclear attack. POE stands for purity of essence, because he is obsessed with only drinking pure spring water. He thinks the commies have a pl;ot to Weaken Americans by putting floride in the water systems. He reached this conclusion, when he noticed that he felt weaker after ejaculating in sex. lol lol lol He still has sex with women, but never gives them his pure bodily essence.
