33. I just heard on NPR'S Marketplace program

that Ukraine requested bit coin donations and got a big amount. Then they requested that Russia be cut off from bit coin so that the oligarchs cannot use it to weather the sanctions. According to Kai Ryssdal, the program's host, the request is being honored and Russia has been cut off from bit coin.

I have no idea how this works. Just relaying what I heard.
