The Ruble is still around 98 to the dollar. So the Russians have lost 30% of their purchasing power. China will sell to them. The world money lizards have shrugged their shoulders and said, "Ukraine is going to be leveled, but my portfolio is going to be just fine. What can I buy at a discount right now?"
