The Russian people (most of them, the common folk) are not our enemy, any more than we were the same as trump. They are protesting (which is unlawful there) and feel as helpless as we did. They are not the problem. One difference between here and there--trump helped our richest and they loved him for it. Putin is responsible for their $600 million yachts being seized. Putin maneuvered his way to the top of a hard-case country based on his own abilities. Has an actual PhD (earned in the wilderness years), is intelligent.

And as for who would be the better Hitler, Trump by far. If Trump were where Putin finds himself today, he would be leveling the cities, without regard to the consequences. That said, I completely agree. First thing out the window, the dollar as the worlds reserve currency, and the petrodollar. The US being a nation of laws (for the wealthy, anyway) brings economic benefit, that being demand for the dollar and foreign investment.
