The details are worth reading.

It follows the same group of 3500.
The "intention to vote" (enthusiasm) for each voter
is weighted into their vote, so there is no RV v. LV.
Also interesting is the page for who the voters believe will win,
54-42 for Obama at the moment.

It measures exactly what the Joe Scarborough people don't want to address. The RWers covering this process are more interested in keeping it "simple".
