Those who experience sexual harassment or assault, you have a right today you didn't have yesterday

...a new legal right.

President Biden @POTUS 25m
I signed the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act of 2021 into law. This is a momentous day for justice and fairness in the workplace. For those who experience sexual harassment or assault, you have a right today that you did not have yesterday.

It’s as though they’re saying sexual assault and sexual harassment are just part of the cost of doing business. Corporations place a higher value on the perpetrator than on the victim, as a zero tolerance policy would ensure an end to bad behavior. Instead, an elaborate scheme to retain the perpetrators was set up, to the detriment and disrespect of the victims.
