Going to put plants in the garage. Again.

Climate change had affected soil temperature and was causing some problems. I switched to planting vegetables above ground in various planters including milk crates. The result has been great. It helps eliminate soil erosion, yields are better, and it extended my growing time.

Now with Sandy planning a direct hit with Frankenstorm I am rethinking this. We have had storms but they are getting more intense. It seems the storm of the century is now every one or two years.

How can anyone not believe in climate change? I certainly do.

Pretending it's not happening is just insanity.

They are hoping to save people who live in areas that should never have had developments in the first place. These same developments have already increased problems with contaminants getting into the reservoirs. They ignored environmental warnings in the past and they still do.
