Looks like the crew got out, it was unknown what happened to them. This is a Russian Ka-52 attack helicopter. It won't be flying again.

It is mostly intact but useless. Pic's of stinger strikes at altitude make a real mess on the ground..

21. They were lucky. What ever hit just aft of the rotors

didn't ignite the fuel. What it probably did do was take out at least one of the two jet engines. With the counter-rotating rotors still intact they were able to put the bird on the ground. I could have been taken down with smaller arms than a Stinger, maybe even assault rifles.
