A Daily Beast article from last year says the direct link between Amare and Mercury disappeared when the company's name was replaced with Highstake 11 77C, but that's a Mercury company, and that Turner's links with Mercury haven't been widely reported besides Mercury PR.

http://www.thedailybeast.com/dem-star-nina-turner-blows-pledge-not-to-take-lobbyist-money

No wonder Turner would want to keep it as quiet as possible, after demonizing lobbyists all the time.

We posted the pics online to Facebook neighborhood sites. We got our vote out. And posted messages from the Turner campaign showing her attacks on the Democratic Party. The best one was where she said she was running as a Democrat because she couldn't get on the ballot as a member of her new Party, the People's Party. This is a Democratic stronghold and Democrats here are not third-party types...some of the most loyal Democratic voters I have ever come across.

Many of us remember Nina saying voting for Biden is like:

Nina Turner, assessing the choice of Biden against President Donald Trump in the November presidential election, told The Atlantic: “It’s like saying to somebody, ‘You have a bowl of shit in front of you, and all you’ve got to do is eat half of it instead of the whole thing.’ It’s still shit.”

Josh Gottheimer owns up to $30,000 worth of American depository receipts in Lukoil, the Russian fossil fuels giant, according to his most recent annual financial disclosure. He most recently purchased up to $15,000 worth of American depository receipts in Lukoil on February 4, 2021, according to a federal filing.

Lukoil has endured targeted US sanctions since 2014. Given the war in Ukraine, it could face more from the United States or European nations. CNBC on Monday reported that Lukoil's president, Vagit Alekperov, is sailing his yacht from Spain to Montenegro as the United States and its allies mull sanctions on the property of Russian oligarchs with ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Gottheimer also owns up to $15,000 worth of stock in Yandex, a Russian internet services company, earning up to $2,500 in capital gains from the asset in 2020, federal filings indicate.
