Only if the vehicle has a male who is married or shacked up.

Then it is as if the male is having an affair. So if the partner discovers the note first, they might fly into a rage. Some random percentage (10%?) would harbor suspicions beforehand.

"John! Just what is the meaning of this?!"

"But, . . ."

And in some of those cases, the males will actually be having an affair, until then undiscovered. They may panic and incriminate themselves, end up divorced and lose their sticker laden tRuck.
