... cause they know international markets will pull nearly all of their money out of Russia.

It's theft but not so much it'll help them.

Hell, RCB got shut out of 30% of the rainy day fund Putrid saved up.

By the end of the month the average Russian should start feeling the pain that Putrids darkness has brought them.
