Russia Just Released List Of 'Unfriendly' Countries, And Twitter Users Have Thoughts

Apparently, all the criticism Russia is getting for invading Ukraine is causing a lot of hurt feelings at the Kremlin.

On Monday, the Russian government released a list of countries it deemed “unfriendly.”

Not surprisingly, the United States and Ukraine made the list, but many Twitter users were surprised that tiny nations like Liechtenstein, Montenegro and San Marino were included.

And they had thoughts.

For years, possibly decades Putin was seen as this savvy, physically fit chess master ruling Russia as a masterful dictator.

Now that he’s talking, or his puppets are at his command the mythological giant is gone and is exposed for the hateful old man he is....totally out of touch with the world. What difference does he possibly think it will make to publish a list of players??

He was able to drag down western democracies and owns half the US congress, an ex president, and the US media. And amassed the largest fortune in the world, and ruled Russia for a long time with an iron fist.

I think he assumes this enemy list will scare the world. Probably works like a charm in Russia, China and North Korea.

Sweden is "neutral". Or at least respected by Russia for arming themselves to the teeth with their own fighter jets.

15. Our not being in Nato has nothing to do with this. The list is not limited to Nato, it is a list

of nations that Russia considers 'unfriendly'.

Australia, UK, EU countries, Iceland, Canada, Liechtenstein, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Korea, San Marino, Singapore, USA, Taiwan, Ukraine, Montenegro, Switzerland, Japan

Multiple non-Nato nations in there, plus it includes all of the EU (Sweden is in the EU, so on the list, which is where Lieu made his error), and even includes Switzerland and the mostly non-recognized Taiwan.

Only 15 states even recognize Taiwan as a sovereign country: Guatemala, Honduras, Haiti, Paraguay, Nicaragua, Eswatini, Tuvalu, Nauru, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Marshall Isalnds, Palau, and the Vatican City (U.N. non-member).
