If this keeps going, I believe we will have to ban all commodity trading soon.

I think an overlooked aspect of the sanctions is that, due to the way how modern app-based trading works, this is about to turn into one huge casino.

I don't want to know how many people are buying wheat-futures with 10x leverage right about now.

Capitalism at its finest.

It is nothing to do with allocation of capital and resources and 100% get something for nothing mentality.

Commodities brokers who cannot take possession of their purchases should be ineligible for participation in the market. Free markets are not intended to be Free-for-all markets. One concept works with regulation and rules, the other is a slow-motion train wreck that leaves people's lives in taters and should be banned.

There are laws against pyramid schemes and confidence scams...this should be no different at all!
