BREAKING: Employees of a Texas-contracted facility meant to care for children who are victims of sex trafficking was discovered sex trafficking the same children, aged 11 to 17, according to a federal judge.

Seven children, aged 11 to 17, were victimized by nine alleged perpetrators, according to discussions in the court hearing.

The alleged perpetrators have not yet been made public.
