They are advertising on MSNBC for donations.
My question is whether or not this organization is a rightwing front or legitimate?
The link in the ad is for protectthejews.org.
On a search one gets this link to send a donation.

From that page one can link to International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
Their website is: https://www.ifcj.org/

(9,955 posts)That sounds good.
I am not looking to donate but concerned as others in this thread that one could be sending money to rightwing evangelical group.
Is this linked to Huckabee as others suggested?

I don't know anything about them, but I know I don't trust Huckabee.

If you're looking for a charity specifically to help Ukraine, there are better choices. Charitynavigator.org says the largest share of their money goes to Guardians of Israel, to help the needy in Israel. And one of their stated goals is to build broad support for Israel.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
