American Generals tend to lead from the rear, at least since the Korean War. So, are Russian Generals at the front line with their troops?

6. What I was told was their comms require 3g and 4g to work.

Foolishly they destroyed most of the towers and now cannot communicate from the rear and have had to move up to get orders out. Also, there's some mention of bad morale and troops needing a firmer hand.
