What Ukraine really needs is weapons to knock out artillery and missiles; these are what's really killing people. Neither one has anything to do with a no fly zone. In fact, Ukraine has basically created a de facto no fly zone with their Stingers and MANPADS.

Which is, I know much less than the people who have to make the decision. That doesn't mean I think whatever they decide to do is the right decision, but that their opinion is much more likely to be correct than mine.
