6. There needs to be Congressional action

It is NOT an accident that a fucking war criminals assets are "difficult" to find.

Banks, Corporations, Investment Companies, Hedge Fund Managers, billionaires, millionaires, lawyers, accounting firms and the politicians they have brought and paid for spent decades and millions of dollars to ensure the assets of the wealthy are well hidden.

This should be a no-brainer for a Congressmember that has guts and integrity.

The world should NEVER find itself in a situation where an evil fuckstick, war criminal that is murdering and starving women and children, can so easily hide assets needed to hold him accountable.

I dare any Retrumplicans to vote against legislation that requires full disclosure, accountability and identification of assets.

It would be fitting if Putin helped us solve one of the most destructive issues facing freedom and democracy

Not only should people know where Putin has hidden his assets, they should readily know where people like the Kochs, Mercers, Donnie Dipshit, Zuckerberg, Gates and others have hidden theirs.
