If the GOP had lost two elections in 20 years while winning the popular vote

they would have made sure it could not happen again and fixed the process.

But since they know this is the about only way for them to win the Presidency now, they will not allow it to be fixed.

But like all their anti-democratic actions, the Newsmedia won't talk about it.

needs fixing but the mechanisms for amending it are too burdensome.We're stuck with it.

passed a "popular vote" law. We wouldn't need to change the Constitution.
I guarantee that if the election losses were reversed, every Red State would pass one.
