Melekine Ukrainian: Мелекіне, is a village in the Mariupol Raion of Donetsk Oblast, 23 km (14 mi) from Mariupol.

Melekine is a sea resort and an administrative center of Melekine village council that combines several neighboring villages. It was established sometime in the 19th century as a fisherman company by a landowner Meleko. With the establishment of the Soviet regime in the area, the village was reformed into a fishermen collective farm.

Today Melekine (until 2009 Melekyne) has numerous sea resorts that stretch along the coast of the Sea of Azov.

Manhush or Мангуш is an urban settlement (town) in Donetsk Oblast (province), located in the industrial region of the Donets Basin. It is an administrative seat of Manhush Raion. Population: 7,858 (2021 est.)[1]

The settlement was founded by Crimean Greeks (out of Mangup) who were deported (around 800 people) by Alexander Suvorov's troops.

It was a village in Mariupol uyezd of Yekaterinoslav Governorate of the Russian Empire.

In 1946 to 1995 it was known as Pershotravneve or Pershotravnevy (in Russian).

Offer to cut off all shipments of food and medical supplies to Russia, from the West, if they don't comply.

This has crossed over into genocide territory.

Genocide, by a murderous dictator, who has done it before, Syria, Crimea, and Chechnya.
