They are putting out information to make him believe there are traitors in his ranks and they are close to him. I think it is brilliant because Putin has already shown how bloody paranoid he is.

Their psychological warfare has been excellent so far. At the very least, they're forcing Putin to think about it.

He predicted something like this would be happening. He said the 2 spy orgs - FSB and GRU - were trying to outdo each other. He predicted the FSB would probably lose out and Bortnikov was not going to last much longer.
