He is experiencing flu-like symptoms, but was given IV antibiotics for ‘an infection’ (presumably bacterial, but not specified). Do bacterial infections provoke viral flu-like symptoms? And he’s at Sibley, not Walter Reed. He expects to be released in a day or two, despite his age, infection, and flu like symptoms. Something just feels off.
