Okay people could be dying but they'd still have their free dumb.

(13,430 posts)Still the mask and vaccine mandates are largely a thing of the past as the federal and state governments have said fuck it, let them die.

(3,649 posts)I've heard they mandate masks in surgery and claim it's to reduce the patient's risk of infection. Something about the "germ theory of disease" whatever that is.
I'm sure any true MAGA patriot having surgery would demand that the surgical team remove their masks and point out that nobody has ever seen a germ with their God given eyes. And that their immune system which was designed by God and field tested in the Garden of Eden provides all the protection they need.

(38,007 posts)Marsha opened her statement with a syrupy welcome to judge Brown Jackson's family. Then, and I quote:
"And to your daughters: Her best job is momma. She likes that one."
Pretty sure this is a reference to the time that the judge's daughter wrote to president Obama in 2016, recommending her mother to the Supreme Court.
On the surface, it seems an almost sweet thing to say. It's not. I know a southern-lady insult when I hear one.
