he does not have internet in his apartment - it's only one room with a wall of windows.

i know he's not going to get flooded out but am really concerned about the windows breaking and no electricity for days. i'm his lifeline via cell phone and when his battery dies and he can't recharge it, or when the cell towers go down, that's it. we'll be completely cut off from each other and i think that is what is really making me anxious.

it's called alden park.

PECO is great at restoring power in the city limits particularly in areas where the are lots of businesses like Roxborough. Used to live there myself after school.
