Russian "tours" to obtain foreign credit cards.
I just heard about this from a young Russian friend. Apparently, Russian tour operators are offering trips to obtain cards issued by foreign banks. Apparently, they can still access online domains like Netflix and Steam using proxies, but their cards are no good. Trips to Uzbekistan are already being booked. Oh boy! Uzbekistan!
