As an interesting sidenote - we recently got to meet the anesthesiologist who was on the team when the Obamas took their trip to Africa while he was Prez. They set up an entire operational OR overseas, depending on logistics where Prez is going, when he travels.

She was really cool and had served in Afghanistan.
