He looks pretty puffed up to me. I thought it was steroids but Bill Maher made it seem like common knowledge.

someone have plastic surgery to have their face look like that. He has the look of someone on high dose of steroids to me. He also seems heavier which steroids can cause.

My friends in Latvia laugh their heads off at his obsession to look young. They say he has had so much Botox that he should be embalmed at this point.

He got his face stretched around the late 2000s. He's been getting it plumped and botoxed since then. This recent puffiness might be due to some ailment but the man has been torking his mug for quite a while.
