In the first(?) season of "The Mandalorian", Mando encounters a Tusken Raider and speaks to him in sign language. Troy Kotsur played the Tusken, and developed the Tusken sign language. Unfortunately, he wasn't in "The Book of Boba Fett", probably because he was busy filming CODA.
