A bump, in this context, may be defined as a small quantity of an illicit drug when inhaled in powdered form at one time. We do not enter key bump as a fixed phrase, as it has not yet demonstrated wide currency of use.
You may, if you choose, refer to small amounts of drugs sniffed off a key as key bumps, but there is something you should be aware of
This use of key is what we call an attributive noun; you can read more about it here:

(25,146 posts)Bump keys are specially designed with a specific cutting technique that can sidestep the security mechanism in the average tumbler and pin lock. Its interesting to note here that bump keys are often called 999 keys because when theyre placed into the key-making machine the ridges are cut to their full depth. Theyre easy to access and replicate time and again because most locksmiths can cut a bump key in less than five minutes.

(82,849 posts)Something about allegedly being invited to orgies by his Republican elders, where various forms of illicit narcotic drugs may or may not have been consumed. Young Madison mentioned the term "key bump" in describing how other people - not him! - may have ingested the drugs. Which he knows nothing about.
