Can a sitting Supreme Court Justice be charged,

My late husband was a prominent attorney..we were married for almost 50 years before he died...because of my decades long proximity to his profession..judges, attorneys, dinners, parties, conferences etc...I was privy to a lot of information I had no business knowing and the reason I was never chosen for jury duty..but I intuitively knew what not to say, what not to do because of the impact on my family and my husband's profession...Clarence knew and to claim otherwise is bullshit...ignorance is no defense..

Nor is it even slightly plausible to charge someone with sedition because their spouse once texted someone who (weeks later) would be associated with an event that some would label as sedition.
