1. I wouldn't be too surprised if they already did. Of course you won't hear anything about it

from Russian sources, since they would be embarrassed as heck. Perhaps since the Ukrainians have been offering bounties for tanks, and other military equipment, perhaps they should do the bounties thing w/ Russian bases, supply depots, etc. in Russia.

Especially the first units the oil enters (pipe stills) which would shut it all down and cripple supplies of all oil produces, and all equipment needing. Fuel. Supply lines would be easier to do, but repaired quickly, r refinery units would take much longer .

Two of Ukraine's military helicopters struck a fuel storage facility in the Russian city of Belgorod on Friday after crossing the border at low altitude, regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said.

The resulting blaze injured two workers, Gladkov added, while some areas in the city, located close to the Ukrainian border, were being evacuated.

Russian media has since alleged Ukraine's responsibility for the strike. So far, Ukraine has not claimed responsibility.

"The fire at the oil depot occurred as a result of an airstrike from two helicopters of Ukraine's Armed Forces, which entered Russian territory at a low altitude," Gladkov wrote on his official Telegram channel, according to TASS.

Footage of what seems to be the fire was shared on Telegram by the Russian news agency RIA.

Good for the Ukrainians. How many untold $billions of dollars have the Russians caused our Ukrainian friends?

6. Russia accuses Ukraine of striking oil depot in Belgorod

I saw this headline not long before I read this post.

Interesting Russia is accusing Ukraine, probably to gain support for the war from it's citizens.
It was probably rogue Russians who did it. But it might have been Ukraine. I hope so.

I agree that Ukraine should strike targets in Russia, but they are and need to be more focused on protecting, defending, repelling the invading forces in Ukraine.

Ukraine declines to comment on Russia's accusation of attacking oil depot
Ukraine has declined to comment on Russia's accusation that it carried out airstrikes on an oil depot in the Russian city of Belgorod early Friday.

"We do not comment on Russian fakes," Volodymy Fityo, spokesperson for the Ukrainian Ground Forces, told ABC News. "And we do not comment on the words of Russian officials who speak under the influence of substances."

they might need. If Ukraine stays on their side of the border, with ground forces at least, they keep the high ground.
