The biggest problems I see are:

There is adequate money available worldwide to do bribes, blackmail, and payoffs.

The real threat of physical harm to cooperators and family.

Hubris and ideology.

There is undoubtedly mountains of statements, depositions, off the record interviews, deals, NSA records, etc. All that has to be compiled, fact checked, corroborated, and authenticated. State secrets and sources/methods have to be protected. Many deals probably made with lesser crime perps.

To the question, I think T***p would only trust his sons and daughter with just enough information they would need for a particular task. I think T***p’s ratfuckers Stone, Bannon, Rudy and more know the dirty hacking side.
